Please review video of the Sole Bending Tester as below link:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3BkSu-g1fHs
When using this machine, first pierce a number of designated holes at the maximum bend of the sole during the test, and then fix the two ends of the sole with the clamp of this machine.
One clamp is fixed and the other is movable.
During the test, the circular axis in the middle of the clamp repeatedly bulges to bend the sole.
After bending for a certain number of times, use a magnifying glass to check the stretch resistance of the sole.
With power-off memory function.
The European standard en rubber sole bending tester is used to determine the resistance of the material after repeated bending, especially for the structure of the sole including the sole. During the test, the anti-skid pattern on the sole is combined with the maximum bending stress line, and the incision knife is used to penetrate three small openings. After bending for a certain number of times at a specific speed at a 90° bending angle, use a magnifying glass to check the extension resistance of the sole.
